Parc Rittenhouse Phase 3
Phase 3 started in October 2019 and is currently in progress. Phase 1 was completed in 2016 and Phase 2 was completed in 2018.
Phase 3: New Controllers, Governors, and Car Stations
Located in: prestigious Rittenhouse Square
Consists of: Phase 3: 4 mid rise elevators. Phase 2: 1 mid-rise geared elevator. Phase 1: 2 mid-rise elevators.
Project Scope: Phase 3: Partial renovation of 4 mid rise gear-less elevators. This includes installing new controllers, governors, and car stations. The renovation also consists of re- wiring travelers, hoist-ways, and security features. Phase 2: Car 7 is a complete renovation of a geared mid rise elevator. counter weight, cab, fixtures, car doors, hoist way doors, machine, door operator, governor. Phase 1: New machines, motors, controllers, door equipment, car & hall signal fixtures, as well as a new opening at the basement level.
